Delacour Maps Out Early Plans For Divining Rod, No Dozing

Trainer Arnaud Delacour looks forward to having a busy winter with his two talented rising stars Divining Rod and No Dozing.

Delacour recently discussed plans for the two colts with the Daily Racing Form. Currently, both colts are getting a bit of a break, but remain in light training, at Tampa Bay Downs.

No Dozing, a 2-year-old son of Union Rags, will be pointed to the G3 Sam F. Davis Stakes on Feb. 11. The promising colt most recently was second in the G2 Remsen at Aqueduct.

Divining Rod, beaten just a head by Connect in the G1 Cigar Mile, will target the G2 Gulfstream Park Handicap, which is also scheduled for Feb. 11.

Both colts race as homebreds for Gretchen and Roy Jackson’s Lael Stable.
