Frankel-sired Soul Stirring (#3) is unbeaten in four starts and gave Frankel his first crop’s initial G1 victory.
Soul Stirring kept her perfect record intact with an impressive, two-length victory in the Group 3 Tulip Sho at Hanshin Racecourse March 4.
The eight-furlong Tulip Sho, which serves as a prep for the G1 Oka Sho in April, was the fourth straight victory for the 3-year-old daughter of Frankel. As a 2-year-old last year, Soul Stirring, who is out of Eclipse Award winner Stacelita, became her sire’s first G1 winner when she captured the Hanshin Juvenile Fillies in December.
Soul Stirring races as a homebred for Shadai Farm. If the dark bay filly should win the Oka Sho, she would provide her sire with his first classic winner.
